TechFoundation's nonprofit members can save up to 15% on Dell desktops, workstations, servers and Latitude™ notebooks. Nonprofits can also save up to 10% on software, peripherals, and Dell Inspiron™ notebooks.

HOW TO ORDER

You must be a TechFoundation member to order through TechMarketplace. Log in to make a purchase or to browse Dell's nonprofit pricing. If you are not a TechFoundation member, please register.

IMPORTANT TAX ISSUES

RETURNING CUSTOMERS:Please make sure you reuse your customer number when placing a new order. By doing this you will ensure that you will not get taxed and avoid unnecessary paperwork. In addtion, please read the notes below.

NEW DELL/TECHFOUNDATION CUSTOMERS: To obtain tax-exempt status from Dell, fax your:

state tax exempt certificate (list of acceptable certificates)
customer number
order number
bill-to address

to Dell's tax department at (512) 283-9276.

NOTES

In order to receive tax exempt status, the name of the organization that you use to place the order must be identical to the one listed on your 501(c)(3) certificate. Please make sure that your order is not placed under TechFoundation's name or you will be charged tax.

Most states will not allow Dell to exempt an order that has been placed with a personal credit card. To guarantee that your order will be classified tax-exempt, please order with a company card or call TechFoundation's Dell representative (see above) to arrange an alternate form of payment.
