The Microsoft Charity Open License Agreement (COLA) program provides nonprofit organizations with industry standard software at steeply discounted prices. COLA software is available through three TechMarketplace partners: PC Connection, CDW, and Dell. These licenses are not available in their respective online catalogs, therefore you must call the sales representatives.

If you already have an account with CDW or PC Connection, you can purchase COLA product from your current sales representative at an equivalent discount. Please see the Dell Partner Page for information on ordering through Dell.
Microsoft has separate license agreements for healthcare and educational customers and so neither group is eligible to participate in this program. Click here for more information on these restrictions.
