Sponsorship Guide
Benefits and Pricing
Leadership Level
$2,250 (General) $1,500 (Nonprofit) Includes all Host and Patron benefits below plus:
• Evening reception sponsorship
• 5 minutes at Podium during conference kick-off
• 1 color logo on conference material bag
• 2 additional (3 total) complimentary conference registrations
Host Level
$1,250 (General) $1,000 (Nonprofit) Includes all Patron benefits plus:
• Logo on conference program book cover
• Reference and link in all conference related emails (Text Only)
• Placement of materials at conference registration table or conference material tote bag.
• 1 additional (2 total) complimentary conference registrations
Patron Level
$750 (General) $500 (Nonprofit)
• Logo and link on conference website
• Listing on conference program book cover
• Full-page ad in conference program book
• Exhibiting table (Table Top Exhibits Only)
• 1 Complimentary Registration
• Soft copy of attendance list and permission to send one email and print piece to opt-in conference attendees.

Sponsorship Deadlines
We’ll need a few things from you to fulfill our end of the sponsorship bargain. Please review your sponsorship benefits
carefully, and supply us with the items we’ll need by the date indicated below.
Conference Registrations
To claim your registration(s), register for the conference at the TechFoundation website and indicate that you are a sponsor. We’ll then send you an email indicating that we have confirmed your registration.

Program Book Ads
Program book ads must be submitted in PDF or Word Formats.
Ads much be grayscale and designed for an 8 ½ x by 11 page size with 1inch margins on all sides.

Logos
All sponsors need to submit logos for use in print and on the web.
Print ready logos must be .eps, .gif or .jpg files with resolution of at least 200 pixels.
Web logos must be .jpg or .gif files. All logo files should be 150 to 200 pixels wide.
